Today is R U OK? Day, a reminder for all of us to check in on our mates. We love TradeMutt’s conversation starting and very practical work shirts - showing vulnerability, sharing struggles and asking for help is definitively braver than farmer wearing a bright pattered shirt (not to take anything away from Tommy’s trend setting!)

If you are without a loud shirt, or not sure where to start, try these four steps and have a conversation that could change a life:

❤️ Ask R U OK?
💙Listen
💛Encourage action

While the take their winter rest, we at the farm are still hard at work! Our focus shifts to Lanoma Forest Nursery, another significant branch of our family farming business! We have been growing open rooted pine seedlings for over 35 years for forestry companies and private farmers. We supply these little babies across Tasmania and interstate, if farmers or foresters are looking for high genetic pine seedlings for 2026 or 2027, they can contact Richard directly by calling 0438254376 🌲
