A customer fav for a reason! The Plain Jane is our fluffy, garlicy cheesy focaccia style take on garlic bread. This has been one of our most ordered pizzas since we opened three years ago. The secret is we make our own roast garlic paste for the base and top it with melty fior di latte from Sometimes simple is best 🤌🏽

Mauricio and I have finally decided it's time for us to get some help running the shops 🙂 This is a full-time role working alongside us, for someone who would like to make sourdough pizzas and artisan ice-cream. Training will be provided but you must have qualifications and experience in a senior role in a commercial kitchen. Our dough is soft. Soft because we use a high hydration (lots of water), looks of sourdough culture (zero commercial year), and then ferment it for a long time. This allows the sourdough culture to start digesting the flour, resulting in all those beautiful sourdough flavors, a softer bubbly crust, and most importantly, a more easily digestible pizza!

Classic flavours of blue cheese, caramelised fig, prosciutto and pine nuts, The Mamma Mia is always a hit. We're open from 5-9PM Wed-Sun at both our Clarkson and Willagee shops. Our staff are lovely, pizzas are delicious, ice-cream handmade and music is smooth 🎶 Oh and we're BYO with cosy little dining areas 😀
