New beans just landed at Sierra ☕️

Introducing our latest feature roast: Tanzania Ngorongoro from Gaia Farm.

Grown along the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania, this coffee comes from a multi-generation family estate sitting at 1650–1800 MASL in one of the most unique growing regions in the world.

This fully washed coffee is dried on raised beds and brings a really clean, layered cup with notes of:
• Black Tea
• Grapefruit Zest
• Cardamom

Varieties: Kent, Bourbon, SL-28, Batian, Ruiru-11

☕️ New Origin: Costa Rica La Bandera
Sourced from Diego Hidalgo’s micro-mill in the Costa Rican highlands, this Catuai variety is grown within the natural forest ecosystem rather than on cleared land. The result of this sustainable, high-altitude approach is a complex, vibrant cup.
