Some things don’t need to change.
Our Bran Muffins have been on the menu since the day we opened in 2000. Same wholesome recipe. Same familiar flavour. Same corner of inner NW Calgary. While everything around us has evolved, this muffin has stayed exactly as it should be, because when something is this good, you don’t fix it.

This is what 26 years of partnership looks like. 🙌

We ran low on coffee because you kept showing up and we couldn’t be happier about it. One call to Ryan at Barrow Coffee Roasters and he was at our door with a last-minute delivery before we even had a chance to worry.

Our coffee partnership goes all the way back to the day The Bullet opened in 2000. For 23 years, Rudy of Noble Tree Coffee was our trusted roaster, and today we’re proud to continue that tradition with his longtime mentee, Ryan, who has been supplying us with the same Bullet recipes from same well seasoned roastery machine the past three years.

It’s the same commitment to quality, the same local roots, and the reason every cup we serve tastes the way it does.

To our customers: thank you for drinking us dry. Genuinely. Keep it up, we’d be happy to have many more “emergencies” just like this. ☕
