Hello to all my wonderful clients. Since then, my 2 growing boys (Henry & Eric) are now nearly 5 and 6 and starting a adventure together. Style in every bite.

A few years ago I had to slow down on my spa services to accommodate my little family..then it pretty much came to a end with the addition of my second son very soon after the arrival of my first. I completely understand if this may not be something you're interested in and choose to no longer follow the page, but, we'd love it if you stay along with us for this next journey into COOKIES! We scratch bake the most delicious flavours of decorated sugar cookies, neat combinations of flavour cookies, and soon to be French macarons! I'd like to welcome you to Henrics Cookies.

Hahaha I totally pulled one of those 'I can make it cheaper' moments. And I tell you, I never say that about alot. Well.. turns out sometimes you can't!

However..!!! You know exactly what its made with & what's in it! I'll still take that value!

Not everything turns out the way we want. But.. that's because it's not supposed to.

Time, energy, thought, all the things.. for it just not to work. I learned last year after attending a 3 day music festival that literally turned into a 6 hour nightmare..was to pivot.

A wise lady vendor that was placed beside me was watching, she came over to me and in a strong and firm manner said to me. Stop..think..pivot! And girl.. I've used those words of advice ever since! I'm so appreciative to that lady.

This french onion bread might be s**t as a bread.. however, it would be a Rockstar turned into croutons!

And that's OK! ♡ Just stop-think-pivot!

Good morning everyone! So, I'm going to our first day with the farmstand tomorrow (Wednesday) and see how it goes. Coldwater on Gray Street 9am-sold out. Look for the 'farmstand open' sign.

Sourdough breads: white and French onion & mozzarella

Cookies: chocolate chip and pumpkin caramel cakkies

Biscuits: cheddar cheese 🧀

Dehydrated starter

Free: Halloween stickers, coloured pencils & sheets

Another beautiful fall day out and about in the area. There's so much to see and explore from our local farms. There are many more we plan to get to and take advantage of all the fresh produce and wonderful that is around us.

Today we had a visit at Brown's Farm in Dalston for our annual pumpkin hunt. Next, over to Birch Farms for some fresh produce to make some butternut squash soup. Finished the morning at a roadside farm stand on Anderson Line, Coldwater for some beautifully coloured farm fresh eggs.

The kids are having sleepovers so that means.. lots of mouths to feed. A quiche is a quick and delicious way to make sure everyone gets full tummies. Do up some home fries & bacon and you have one hell of a breakfast.

Don't threaten me with a good time! My own room, someone does my laundry and makes my meals. Sets a bedtime and an early lights out! Hells ya!

This morning bread creation.. stout b**r sourdough loaf! Guy.. for the win! A mild yet wonderful flavour pleasing to any buds of taste. Mixed with a little touch of onion.. Mmm!

Yeah.. baggy eyes don't care. Well, do care.. peri menopause insomnia f♡cking sucks! Shout out to my cougar puberty babes out there! ..how you doing? ♡
