Yes, we're still drinking rosé in October.

What we're pouring is back and this week, Molly is pouring Torre Zambra, a lovely transition from summer sipping to fall dining. Fresh and bright, but with enough character to hold its own alongside some of the richer flavours making their way onto the menu.

Think roasted vegetables, seafood, or a few plates shared around the table.

Because good rosé doesn't have an expiry date when summer ends.

Turns out, we’re morning (and lunch) people too ☕️

Our team at Gio shares a kitchen with The Prince George, so when brunch rolls around, you’ll find a few familiar faces behind the scenes.

Same kitchen, some of the same crew and a very good reason to get out of bed.

This fall, brunch is back at The Prince George for four Sundays only, November 29 through December 19, from 12–2. 🥂
