How perfect is this sweet little two tiered baby shower cake!?

The rosette bottom tier paired with a quilted fondant top tier is such a classic, beautiful look, and the bow on top is the perfect accent to bring this adorable design to life

And in a personal note: your girl is loving experimenting with fondant covered cakes! This is the second time wrapping a cake with fondant, and it went SO much smoother than last time!

I’ve also made it almost six years without piping a rosette cake out of pure fear of not being able to line it all up evenly but after 3 attempts, I’m beyond happy with how this turned out!

Congratulations to this mama to be! Thank you for allowing me to share in this special celebration!

I think it’s safe to say most of us have at least THOUGHT about our dream weddings when we were little. I bet that dream includes princess dresses, flowers everywhere, twirling around the dance floor, the most beautiful heels, and a cake that almost reached the ceiling

Fast forward to your actual wedding planning. You’re trying to add elements of that childhood dream, but real life factors come into play. Things that didn’t exist when we were little. Things like budgets, timelines, expectations, the fact that little birds and wildlife couldn’t actually be there helping you get ready.

But here’s what you need to remember: your wedding CAN be your fairytale dream! You can wear the ball gown You can have the beautiful flowers. You can add butterflies to your colourful cake

Wedding planning is all things exciting and exhausting (been there, I get it!) but one of the highlights of OUR planning process was cake tasting!

Not only was it absolutely delicious, it was such a fun way to connect with my husband-to-be and just enjoy something out of the ordinary
