Delighted to have such a wonderful coffee available. This double anaerobic Colombian coffee is an absolute knockout. We have been loving doing this as the Pink Bourbon Split, enjoying an espresso plus cortado. However we just threw chilled batch brew over ice and we cannot believe how much this tastes like straight up lemonade!

Tasting some fresh samples of coffee from the recent harvest in Honduras. On the table are the three usual varietals from Finca Los Ochoa and two from Bryan Adolfo who has a really fun anaerobic fermented blend of Catuai and Bourbon. Thanks for the lovely coffees as always!

A little BTS of our frac pack machine doing its thing. Great coffee can come in many formats. Most of these little packs get sent to local restaurants and hotels where the convenience of proportioned packages makes brewing great coffee a breeze.
