Come check out our cozy little spot and you’ll see why the Halifax area has loved us since 1996! We are a small, family-owned Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant that has been operating since 1996! From our authentic Vietnamese dishes, to our fresh Chinese food; Fong Sing has got all your cravings covered! Our $9.00 lunch specials are available from the time that we open, until 3pm daily! We are a fully

licensed establishment, with air conditioning, and easy wheelchair accessibility. Offering take-out, dine-in, and delivery (please note: table service availability is subject to change with the ongoing pandemic, refer to our page for any important updates). Last call for dine-in service and delivery is half an hour to close (currently 7:30pm). There is a $6.00 delivery fee for orders placed and delivered before 5pm. After 5pm, delivery is free to those paying cash at an address within 5km of the restaurant. However, if the machine is needed for payment with a card, there is a $2.00 fee. Deliveries outside of our standard 5km zone start at $5, and are based on how far away the location is. Some restrictions may apply, please call the restaurant for any further questions or details! Located in the Clayton Park Shopping Centre, tucked in the corner between Fit4Less and Rick’s Variety.

TD Presents: Nova Multifest — Three Days of Cultural Celebration in Downtown Dartmouth, Alderney Landing

Nova Multifest returns to Alderney Landing for its 8th annual multicultural celebration.

This three day festival will take place from July 25 to 27, 2025 at Alderney Landing in Downtown Dartmouth. Nova MultiFest 2025 is expected to attract over 30,000 people and will showcase diverse food vendors, exhibitors, activities for adults and children, as well as over 40 live performances; which includes Asif Ilyas, Julia Tynes, Shirley Jackson, Nick And Yolenis and more. 

Vishal Bhardwaj, president of Nova Multifest, is passionate about bringing communities together. Through Nova Multifest, he creates a vibrant and inclusive space where diverse cultures come together, fostering connections within the community.

Strangers come together and form a community for a few days and it is truly extraordinary and is the reason that I look forward to this event every year.
