We are back from our Shuswap Tour for the second half of Season V! We missed you all last week! We are starting to roll out some new ideas along with remixed and returning favorites. We have an exciting week coming up, so let's get to it!
Here is this week's Menu/Location Drop:

Menu:

Baos

1) Gua Bao. Kamloops favourite bao

2) XG's Kung Pao Chicken. You may have noticed the King of Flavour hasn't been around lately. I have reworked and renamed it. It's bigger and bolder now. It's a spice bomb!

3) Jeon Somi's Tofu KFC Bao. Tofu flavored Korean Fried Chicken. One of our most popular!

Bowls:

Reveluv: Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly over Jennie's Kimchi Fried Rice with Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers, Yellow Pickled Daikon and finished with Green Onion. Add a Mayak Egg for $2

Returning:

Dalgona Coffee is back! Korean Iced Coffee. Jisoo's fave! Pairs well with Hana's Cheesecake!

New:

Onigiri! Classic Japanese Rice Triangles. Choose from Spicy Tuna or Soya Braised Sh*ttake.

Happy Monday Night Fam!

Well, it's that time of the Season again. We are going on our Canada Day Tour to the Shuswap this week! We will be at Celista Winery this Wednesday for Canada Day Wine Wednesday and Friday we will be at Friday Night Live! We return to The Loops starting next Monday at RIH.

We want to thank everyone who voted for us in the "Best" of Kamloops this year. We appreciate all the love and support. We snagged two again this year. Kamsamnida

The 2nd half of the Season kicks off next week with many new additions....and yes, Dalgona Coffee.

Valleyview Fam, it's been way too long. We are back at 151 Oriole Rd on Thursday for a Special Banh and Bowl Day! We can't wait to see you all again!
We have a stacked menu for you this week, in a compressed 3 days. So let's get on with this week's Menu/Location Drop!

Menu: Wednesday/Friday

1) Gua Bao. Kamloops favourite bao

2) Le Sserafim; Pacific Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese, Nori, Cucumber and Asparagus finished with Roasted Sesame Crema

3) Yeri's Sweet Potato Roll Bao. Panko Fried Sweet Potato with Nori, Cucumber, Cream Cheese finished with Sumi Sauce

Bowls:

1) The Reveluv; Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly over Jennie's Kimchi Fried Rice with Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers, Yellow Pickled Daikon and finished with Green Onion

Happy Tuesday Night Fam!

Wow! What a week last week. We were Kpoppin in the Kpopbaotruck! Thank you to and for hoisting us over the weekend. We had such a great time at both events!!

This week we are all over the Loops, with two Market Days, Hitting up a private event; and of course; kicking it off at Our Home Base at St.Andrew's on the Square on Wednesday!

It's going to be a hot week, so we are bringing back a Classic to help you beat the heat.

Here is this week's Menu/Location Drop

Menu

1) Gua Bao. Kamloops favourite bao

2) Taeyeon's New Beijing Bao. I have kicked up our sweet and Sour and gave it a more Beijing style

3) Sakura's Tofu Tonkatsu Bao, finished with Shikuko Slaw

Bowls:

1) The Reveluv. Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly over Jennie's Kimchi Fried Rice with Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers, Yellow Pickled Daikon. Add a Mayak Egg for $2

2) Saki's Cold Soba Noodles. Cold Korean/Japanese buckwheat noodles in traditional sauce with Slivered Cucumbers and grated Daikon. Absolutely delicious!

Hana's Cheesecake! Hana makes an outstanding Basque Style Japanese Cheesecake. If you have had it, you know ;)
