Happy Tuesday Night Fam!

Big thanks to The LotYKA and Privato Winery for a busy weekend of Markets! We are back at it this week with a Menu I think you are going to love. Also, Best of Kamloops voting is open until June 9th. We have been nominated for: Best Foodtruck, Best Korean, Best Thai, Best Vietnamese and Best Local Chef. If you have a minute, we would really appreciate the nods! Thanx Fam!
Let's get on with this week's Menu/Location Drop

The Menu:

1) Gua Bao: Kamloops favourite bao
2) Mongolian Beef Bao. Yup, it's back. This sells out quick, so don't miss out
3) Bibim Bao: One of our original Vegetarian Baos, based off a Classic Korean dish. Soya/Goju pan fried Mushrooms and peppers finished with Soya Bean/Carrot Slaw, Goju Aioli and Micro Greens

Bowls:

1) The Reveluv
2) Oishi Bowl: Oishi means delicious, and it is. Spicy Tuna over Saffron Rice, Avocado Puree, Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers, Edamame Beans, Quickled Red Raddish and Nori. This is a limited availability item, so it starts Wednesday until it's gone!

Locations:

1).Wednesday: Our Home Base at St.Andrew's on the Square from 11:30-2:30, or sellout

2) Thursday: Valleyview! We will be at 151 Oriole Rd from 11:30-2:30, or sellout

3) Friday: Raleigh Night Market. Located at Raleigh Elementary. We are serving from 5-8, or sellout

4) Saturday: The MacDonald Park Association Party. We are at MacDonald Park from 1-3, or sellout

Happy Tuesday Night Fam!

We had a blast last Saturday at the NorthShore Block Party! Thank You NSBIA for putting on another top-notch-event.
We have another big week ahead. To our Fam in Valleyview and Westsyde, we aren't there this week, but we will be back ASAP!

We have a very eclectic menu this week, with multiple locales, so let's get down to brass tacks!

The Menu:

1) Gua Bao. Kamloops favourite bao

2) NJZ Chicken Adobo. Filipino Adobe Chicken with cucumber, Quickled Red Onions finished with cilantro

3) Marco Pierre White FnC bao. Panko Fried Tofu dusted with Salt and Vinegar Chips, Slaw and Tartar sauce

Bowls:

1) The Reveluv. Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly over Jennie's Kimchi Fried Rice with Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers, Yellow Pickled Daikon, and finished with Green Onion. Don't forget to add a Mayak Egg for $2

2) Bo Kho! Wednesday only!!! This has sold out so quickly before. Traditional Vietnamese Beef Stew over Rice with Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers and Quickled Red Onions and Cilantro. Seriously Delicious.

Locations:

1) Wednesday: Our Home Base at St.Andrew's on the Square from 11:30-2:30 or sellout

2) Thursday: We are at RLC Elementary in Barnhardtville from 5-sellout

3) Friday: The LotYKA at TRU from 5:30-8:30, or sellout

4) Saturday: Closed for Prep

5) Sunday: Privato Winery! Privato's Monthly Market is back, and we are proud to be back for another season. We are serving from 11-4, or sellout.

Happy Monday Night, Fam!

First long weekend in the summer is in the books!

We have an exciting week planned, and our Menu is growing again! Hana is making traditional Japanese Cheesecakes! We are doing an introduction size and price....just to get you hooked. As a pastry chef in one of Osaka's grandest hotels, she has made thousands of them. THEY ARE DELICIOUS!

Baos. Bowls, Banhs, Cheesecake and Kpop! What else could you ask for???

Here is this week's Menu/Location Drop:

1) Gua Bao. Kamloops favourite bao

2) The Lalisa. Our Green Thai Chicken Curry bao has been updated! It's Morgan's favourite. Also great as a Banh

3) Sakura's Tofu Tonkatsu Bao. Our vegetarian version of a Classic Japanese/Korean finished with Shikuko Slaw and Okonomi Sauce

Bowls:

1) The Reveluv. Add a mayak egg for $2
2) Lalisa's Green Thai chicken. Served over rice with Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers and Bean Sprouts
