Hi everyone! I’d like to introduce myself, my name is Morgyn, and I’m the Head Butcher here at

I’ve been selected to try out for the Young Butchers Team with as they prepare for the in 2028.

Over the next couple of months you’ll be seeing more of me as I complete a series of skill-based assignments and showcase my craft.

Regardless of the outcome, I’m excited for the challenge and proud to show how far I’ve come in just five years.

Best of luck to everyone throwing their hat in the ring. I can’t wait to see the incredible craftsmanship from butchers across Canada.

We’re kicking off our August Friday dinner menu with a banger!

Slow smoked BBQ style turkey leg, summer tomato salsa, guacamole, salsa verde, pickled red onions, fresh cheese, cilantro and flour tortilla. Served with a Fraser Valley corn & black bean salad.

Every Friday night dinner is served hot and fresh and ready to enjoy. We most often are highlighting products in our store that you may have never tried. Although sometimes we just need to get creative and serve one time only, “on till it’s gone” items that we may not ever make again 🤷.
