July is giving island mode 🌴

Our new Flight to Paradise has officially landed, featuring three tiki-inspired sips made for rooftop summer nights, including pours with rum.

Even better, Crooked River Distillery will be on-site tonight for a pop-up from 4–7 PM, so come sip, sample and settle into the view.

Palette will be closed today, Tuesday, June 30, for a private event.

We’ll be back open for regular service on Canada Day, July 1, from 4 PM until midnight. Make sure to drop by for our feature Canada Day sip, The Stat Holiday, available July 1–4 only. 🇨🇦

We’ll also have NB Distillery on-site for a pop-up from 4–7 PM.
