A LITTLE FUSIONS UPDATE 🌶
As we come to the end of another summer, we just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
Fusions will be closing for the winter as of October 4th, with plans to reopen in Spring 2027. While our restaurant doors will be taking a little winter rest, Fusions isn’t going anywhere! We’ll still be available for private bookings, parties and events, and you’ll continue to find us at farmers markets, pop-ups and holiday events throughout the year.
Looking back, I honestly don’t know if I could have imagined where Fusions would be today when we first started out at the Pugwash Farmers Market. I will forever be grateful to the market for giving us that first opportunity, and to our AMAZING staff, all that have come and gone, you have all been the true pillars holding us and Fusions together. Thank you for believing in us and giving Fusions the push and confidence to grow into what it has become today. Each and every one of you have left an unforgettable mark❤️
And to every single person who has supported us along the way whether you bought a coffee, grabbed lunch, came to an event, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or simply stopped by to say hello, thank you.
This past year has also brought some personal challenges with my health, and I want to say a very special thank you to everyone who has shown me kindness, patience and understanding during that time. Your messages, encouragement and support have meant more to me than you probably realise.
Fusions has never been just about food. It has been about people, community, connection and creating something that brings a little happiness to others. I feel incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity to do that here in Pugwash.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in Fusions and for being part of our journey.❤️
Here’s to a little rest, some exciting things behind the scenes, and seeing you all again in Spring 2027.
