Our meat is free-range and organic - our seafood is Ocean Wise certified in most instances. Today (September 30th) is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

At Hearty Catering, we acknowledge that we are based in Toronto on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit, and on land covered by Treaty 13. Hearty Catering is deeply committed to local food and caring for the land. We recognize that Indigenous peoples have cared for this land, grown, harvested, and shared food from it for thousands of years.

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we also honour the children who never made it home from residential schools, the survivors, and their families. EVERY CHILD MATTERS! 🧡

Fairlawn Street Party, you were hungry! 😄🍔

We had such a great time at the Fairlawn Street Party on September 19. We brought chicken burgers, veggie burgers and iced tea to share, and by the time the event wrapped up, every last one was gone. 💚

It was lovely seeing families spending the afternoon together, catching up with neighbours and stopping by our table for a bite. We also got to meet lots of new people and see some familiar faces along the way.

Food really does have a way of bringing people together.
