It takes three days, huge forearms and lots of love to make these laminated, perfect vegan croissants. A labour of love.

In anticipation of the cooler weather, we have been increasing our hot lunchable menu items. Of course the warm summer weather stayed….
This week we made a huge batch of locally harvested red peppers and roasted them into soup.
Also pictured is the Roasted Red Pepper and Rosemary Bannock.. available on its own or included with our soup this week (outpost only).
Also pictured are our new Egg, Breakfast Sausage and Cheeze, all braided up in our laminated croissant dough! YEs they are Vegan, but you’d never know!

With fall coming on strong, we are happy to announce our new lunchable menu! Featuring our in house made soups (like this roasted butternut squash with harvest vegetables), Pot Pies, Jamaican patties, Pizza Croissants and more!
Yes they are Vegan, and the soups will always be GF.
You can order online and pick up in less than 15
Minutes.

It’s been a turbulant end to Summer. From the lows of last week, to the examples of incredible generosity and graciousness this week.
With the help of another community organization, I am happy to say the fridge is over flowing. Abundance is all around us.

For TRC day, we’ve added traditional bannock today! By the piece or a whole pie, we’ve got you covered. Dry, crumbly and a touch of sweetness just like your Nokom.
This is a small piece of reconciliation, as an indigenous business owner it is rare to celebrate and share our culture. I’m proud to be in a position to serve traditional items and share our values by filling the community fridge and sharing food.
There is smudge going all day, if anyone needs medicine, please stop by.
