We’re so excited to share our new logo, created together with a good friend and inspired by what we love most: ΠΙΤΑ 🥧

The outer circle represents the baking tray.
The inner line begins to shape the pie crust.
And the slices? That part, we hope, is obvious, meant to be shared and enjoyed by everyone.

The smaller lines represent the natural folds of our handmade pie crust, imperfect, just like the real thing, but full of flavor: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.

It’s the perfect pie (at least for us!) and we hope our logo is a simple, honest reflection of what we make and love. 🧡

Fresh vegetables and fruits, beautiful juicy peaches, mountain tea, oregano, olives, chilies, and delicious tomatoes. Under the hot sun, sweat, the blue-green sea, and playful and the cutest stray cats.
