SCREECH OWL 5.5% - CASTLE ROCK
A vibrant American IPA with aromas of grapefruit, orange peel, pine and tropical fruit.
The flavour is packed with juicy citrus, hints of mango and peach, and a firm resinous bitterness that is balanced by a light biscuit malt backbone.
Medium-bodied with a crisp, dry finish, it is a refreshing, hop-forward IPA that delivers plenty of flavour without becoming overpowering.
PRESERVATION 4.4% - CASTLE ROCK
A traditional red ale that pours a clear ruby-amber colour with a creamy off-white head. The aroma is full of toasted biscuit, caramel and light earthy hops. On the palate, rich toffee and biscuit malts are balanced by a gentle hop bitterness, giving the beer a smooth, rounded character with a clean, slightly dry finish. It is an easy-drinking, well-balanced ale that showcases classic British brewing.
SCHWARZ CLIPPER 4.4% - PENNINE BREWERY
This pours to an almost black with a lasting tan head and offers aromas of pine, citrus, dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee. The flavour combines bright citrus and resinous hop notes with subtle roasted malt, cocoa and coffee, creating a beer that is both refreshing and complex. Despite its dark appearance, it finishes crisp and dry, making it a surprisingly easy-drinking Black IPA.
