Happy Birthday Ozzie! Our Finsbury Park Head Chef and all round class act.
Ozzie first joined us in 2020, right in the middle of Covid, back when we were feeding around 2,000 people a week from our tiny 30-square-foot Brockley kitchen, which felt more like a shoebox than a commercial kitchen to be honest.
From those early days he helped us establish ourselves in South East London and became a real cornerstone of the local lockdown community. Through countless services, post-shift beers, and standing shoulder to shoulder in the rush, Ozzie has given us a lot, and we’ve all become very close along the way.
It’s been a privilege to watch him grow with us, and especially to see him become a father this year.
