Founded in 2025, yesterday Milk Bar officially turned one.
In a year where coffee carts have skyrocketed across the UK, with cart culture making its way over from the States, we set out to be different amongst hundreds of others.
Our goal was simple: create a movement.
To us, coffee and matcha have never just been about a caffeine fix or following trends. They’re about connection. They’re about bringing people together.
The truth is, there was never a master plan. In fact, the cart started as a spontaneous idea. We wanted to bring a true café experience to both public and private events without ever compromising on quality, service, or the experience itself.
One year later, we’ve served thousands of iced coffees and matcha lattes, fuelling your days with the same passion and commitment we started with.
To everyone who has been part of this journey; our incredible baristas, our loyal regulars, our friends and family who have supported us endlessly, and every organisation that has given us a platform - thank you.
