Back from a beautiful week in Lake Garda and feeling very grateful. 💛

Before I went away, we held our second collaboration with c celebrating the fresh, seasonal flavours of Lazio through a menu of small plates, with wines chosen by Mark.

It was so lovely to see so many new faces, I loved chatting to everyone throughout the evening. Sharing the stories behind the dishes is one of my favourite parts of what I do!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a special evening.

One of my favourite pasta shapes, Busiate!

A classic Sicilian pasta traditionally made by wrapping strips of dough around a reed to create its spiral shape.

Next Friday, we’ll be taking over the kitchen at Coupe with a menu inspired by some of our favourite Italian dishes.

Antipasti boards, fresh hand-rolled pasta, Italian desserts, good wine and cocktails. The perfect excuse to start the weekend early!

Wow, What a weekend!

Over 700 portions of pasta, a lot of tiramisu, and one very tired but very happy team!

I didn’t know what to expect bringing a pasta bar to a festival… but seeing queues for fresh pasta all weekend was pretty special.

Thank you to everyone who came by, ate with us, shared photos, told friends, came back twice or more!

Bollington Festival, you were magic.

We’re bringing pasta to Bollington Festival! 🎪

We’re very excited to be part of Bollington Festival! We’ll be down on the rec from 21st–25th May.

Serving fresh rigatoni with slow cooked beef shin ragu, wild garlic & lemon pasta with crispy guanciale, fresh focaccia, homemade tiramisu and torta barozzi throughout the festival weekend.

Everything is handmade here in Bollington, with a lot of late nights currently happening in the kitchen!
