As we head into our 20th year, as many of you agree Simon’s “veloute” is literally one of the highlights on the menu … it’s constantly changing with new flavours and exciting combinations.. we want to run a little competition.. let us know your favourite veloute or soup from the last 19 years along with a little memory of Angels..
