This is a difficult but exciting announcement…

Indi-Yang will be closing from 30th November until 1st June.
I’ve been offered a huge opportunity to step in as Corporate Executive Chef, overseeing 50 restaurants across the Midlands for the next 7 months — a role that came together very fast.

My journey with intelligent cooking systems, especially using Rational, has opened doors I never imagined and is now helping shape the future of British Asian hospitality. I’ll be flying the English Riviera flag every step of the way 🇬🇧🌊

But this week will be our last week of service for a while, and I want to say from the heart:
Thank you. To our loyal guests, weekly regulars, and everyone who has supported us — you’ve helped build Indi-Yang into what it is.
And a huge thank you to our incredible staff, past and present. None of this would be possible without you. ❤️

While Indi-Yang takes a break:
