It is just over a month since we celebrated opening our doors 50 years ago. Half a century ago we opened with just 5 rooms, adding gradually to reach the unique and individual 17 we have today. All have been redesigned and evolved over the years, always respecting the building, our values, our heritage. All with your comfort in mind.

This summer, we’ve been capturing the Pantones of The Priory. From the deep olive greens of our riverside gardens to the soft river blues found throughout our bedrooms, these are the colours that define an English country house in summer.

For anyone searching for interior colour inspiration, Pantone-inspired palettes, country house interiors, or ideas for decorating with olive green and muted blue, nature has always been our greatest designer.
