從 2016 年走到 2026 年,Second Draft 與大家共同成長,從大坑到銅鑼灣,呢度一直係大家歡聚與品味精釀嘅不二之選
呢度不僅係一個空間,更承載著我哋與大家共同編織嘅每一個故事
黎到今年,Second Draft 正準備迎接全新篇章——「Second Draft & Friends」
我哋將於 5 月 18 日 起暫時休息進行裝修,呢個熟悉嘅地方將會再次進化,於今個夏天以嶄新姿態同大家見面
同時,我哋亦衷心感謝 May Chow 主廚及 Little Bao 這四年以嚟嘅引領,為我哋重現當年大坑時代嘅經典美食回憶
隨著我們嘅轉型,餐牌亦會迎來新嘗試,意味著不少陪伴大家多年嘅招牌菜:如腐乳卡邦尼、沙爹牛肉腸粉煲、燒三黃雞等⋯⋯都將會成為「回憶中的美味」
記得把握最後呢兩星期,約埋班朋友返嚟再聚一聚,趁住轉變前重溫呢份屬於我哋嘅 Second Draft 味道🍻
Since 2016, Second Draft has always been more than a bar and restaurant. What began in Tai Hang as an idea shaped by good beer, good food, and good company earned its place in the community as an anchor of sorts.
Through the years, and through every chapter — from Tai Hang to Victoria Park — Second Draft has remained an evolving reflection of the neighbourhood. Our humble project has always been a living, breathing “draft.” Through all that change, we have held on to the spirit of conviviality, craftsmanship, and connection.
This summer, a new and expanded draft will begin to take shape.
Launching in phases over the months ahead, the next evolution of the venue will be known as *Second Draft & Friends* — a new chapter for the expanded space, and one we’re eager to share more of soon. Stay tuned.
Last but not least, with Little Bao concluding their chapter in the adjacent space, we want to take a moment to thank Chef May Chow and the Little Bao team for a long-standing partnership and friendship over the years. We’re grateful to have shared so many memorable moments together, and we wish them the very best in all the chapters ahead.
On behalf of the Second Draft community, for now, we’ll simply say this:
*There is always room for a second draft.*
