This month, our teams across CCSL staff restaurants came together to support our Stop Food Waste campaign.

From food waste awareness tables and practical tips, to reusable 2GoCups and giving coffee grounds and eggshells a second life, every site played its part.

Sustainability isn't about one big change. It's about the small decisions we make every day.

A huge thank you to our teams and everyone who got involved throughout the month.

Together, we're helping reduce food waste, support employee wellbeing, and create more sustainable workplace catering across Ireland.

These started as fresh bay leaves picked straight from the tree before being carefully washed, dried and dehydrated, ready to add flavour to soups, stews and slow-cooked dishes.

Not all food waste belongs in the bin.

By baking and crushing eggshells from our kitchen, we're able to give them a second life by returning valuable nutrients to the soil.

It's a simple initiative, but it's another example of how small actions can support a more sustainable workplace catering service.
