This time the dinner will take place at SG Boschgaard (Msgr v Roosmalenplein 23), doors open at 18:00, serving at 19:00!

Lieve Knoflokers, vrienden, kameraden,

Op vrijdag 6 februari komt er een einde aan 20 jaar geschiedenis van Knoflook aan de Havendijk. We hebben geprobeerd via de gebaande paden aandacht te vragen voor het belang van ons initiatief, maar nu moeten we er toch uit. Dit accepteren wij niet. De community heeft een plek nodig om samen te komen! Daarom laten we op 6 februari van ons horen. De locatie gaat weg, maar de strijd voor behoud van vrijplaats Knoflook in Den Bosch gaat door!

De afgelopen 20 jaar hebben vele kunstenaars, muzikanten, actiegroepen en andere creatievelingen Knoflook kleur gegeven. Voor de laatste keer op 6 februari roepen wij iedereen - en dan ook IEDEREEN die de afgelopen 20 jaar heeft meegemaakt - op om zich te laten horen. We gaan wel weg, maar niet zonder onze stem te laten horen.

Neem je instrument mee, lees een gedicht voor of houd een speech om te vertellen wat Knoflook voor je heeft betekend, of neem wat veganistisch eten mee. Er staat Knoflooksoep op het menu, maar alle veganistische taarten en andere snacks zijn zeer welkom.

We gaan laten horen wat Knoflook voor ons betekent en welke toekomst we voor ons zien. We blijven strijden voor onze idealen: een vrije en solidaire wereld! Knoflook stopt niet, Knoflook blijft!

SOEP OP DE STOEP GAAT DOOR !!!

How things are looking right now, this is likely the last S.o.S as it was before... in front of the building that gave us so much. A refuge for many who needed one.

BUT! THIS IS NOT THE END !!!

If the past month(s) have shown ANYTHING at all, it's how resillient and adaptable the community is!
Despite being displaced, literally to the street, we've been going on, connecting, helping each other, and making the best of a terrible situation.

We will continue fighting! For our future, for a permanent and legitimate space within our city! And most of all: FOR EACH OTHER !!!

We dont know what the future holds. It looks and feels scary right now. But we're working on temporary (and hopefully permanent) solutions and ways to keep coming together and keep growing.

KNOFLOOK BLIJFT !!!

Update. We hebben uitslag van de rechtbank. Vrijplaats Knoflook dreigt binnen een onmenselijke termijn van 7 dagen te worden ontruimd voor leegstand.
Wij zeggen: Stop ontruiming voor leegstand. Biedt een alternatief. Wij eisen ons recht op een plek in de stad! Meer info en acties zullen volgen.

Op dinsdag 27 januari 18:00 organiseert Vrijplaats Knoflook Soep op de Stoep en een infoactie achter het stadhuis.

We strijden voor een permanente plek voor onze gemeenschap en Vrijplaats Knoflook in Den Bosch. Onze vrijplaats wordt bedreigd met ontruiming en we dreigen op straat te komen staan. Wij willen nu toekomstperspectief en een plek voor al onze intiatieven en de gemeenschap. Wij eisen ons recht op de stad!

Op de infoactie zullen verschillende sprekers hun verhaal delen en kun je ook (gratis) vegan soep eten. Aanvolgend zal na 19:00 in de gemeenteraad een motie worden besproken over het behoud van een plek voor Vrijplaats Knoflook.

Dear friends, elves and mischievous miscreants!

This friday there will be 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗼𝗲𝗽 𝗢𝗽 𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗲𝗽, BUT our anarchist elves have been cooking up something else instead!

We're introducing: 3rd Christmas day! (27 december)
Which is going to be festive afternoon on the street, with food, music, a clothesswap and small Christmas market!

When: saturday 27th December
Time: starting 13:12
Where: outside on the street, in front of Knoflook

What to bring:
* Please bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share. (Vegan preferred!) It's BYOB, so also please bring along whatever you'd like to drink.
* Clothes or items for the giveaway market (please take back home with you what isnt taken!)
