Rainy day comfort, Korean style. 🍲
Kimchi jjigae is one of Korea’s most loved home-style dishes a deep, spicy stew made with fermented kimchi, soft tofu, and rich broth usually enjoyed with rice.
Traditionally it’s often made with pork, but our version is fully halal with tofu as the star of the dish.
Warm, comforting, a little sour, a little spicy… exactly the kind of food you crave on a grey Dutch day.
