‼️ UPDATED DATA: 12-12-26 ‼️
Tinnitus Patches Presents:
Calling all midnight creatures 🦇
bats.music Utrecht, NL
Debuting their first show this anarcho post punk band from Utrecht describes itself as a band with dark but dreamy undertones, a deep bass, fueled with lyrics that are both personal and political.

Rotterdam, NL
This darkwave trio from Rotterdam has a pop of whimsy. But don’t be fooled by the softness of synths. Soon enough this dreamy eulogy is cut in half by the electric violin and the bass dials up the energy with postpunk turbo charges. Baby Gargoyle brings you a performance with a dramatic and slightly unhinged flare.

The Hague, NL
Lilith Left the Garden is a little bit of this type of punk and that type of punk from The Hague. If you truly want a definition, dance punk is a very good description. Their newest song Girl’s Pretty is described as a gleefully q***r rush of punk-rock flirtation built around one extremely uncomplicated truth: girls are pretty (Loudwoman, 2026).

SIX YEARS OF UTRECHT BALLROOM SCENE!

Ballroom started underground. Built by Black and Latin q***r and trans communities in New York, it was a space to be free, showcase talent, and find chosen family when the world outside was not giving us what we needed.

For the last six years, Utrecht has been one of its homes. Join us for an afternoon celebrating this milestone with a living exhibition of art by members of the scene, photos from Utrecht ballroom history, Voguing performances, spoken word, and a DJ and MC to make the evening hot.

Catch Sean Pratt and Marilena live on 20/11 at ACU

Sean Pratt is an American folk guitar player and singer-songwriter from Nebraska by way of the Dakotas.

Pratt played in Omaha punk and noise acts for the better part of a decade before developing a fascination with the songcraft of the likes of Van Zandt, Prine and Chilton. Occasionally, unearthing a set of original compositions at one of Omaha’s many dark corner bars.

In the still of the pandemic, Pratt found himself focusing deeply on acoustics and how to color a space without amplification.

In December of 2023, following a debut set of new material at the preeminent Grapefruit Records, friend and collaborator Simon Joyner encouraged Pratt to record the songs from that night “quickly, while everything is still new.”

Three weeks later, on New Year’s Day, recording began at Another Recording Company with James Schroeder (Rosali, David Nance and Mowed Sound) at the board. Over the next three days Pratt, Megan Siebe, Colin Duckworth and James Maakestad recorded what would become ‘Prairie Whistle Call’. All tracked live, leaving time to breathe and never forcing it.

Mərlo (Marilena Karapataki) presents an acoustic set of her newest, unreleased music, joined by her bandmates (and housemates) Peter, Sebastian and Yiannis.

The songs were written on guitar using alternative tunings, in an attempt to explore the freedom of not knowing; and through her vocals and lyrics, Marilena reflects on human mortality and the inevitability of endings, exploring the fear, anger, and comfort that come with confronting our own impermanence.

The performance hopes to touch and comfort those who share these thoughts, reminding us that we are not alone in questioning our existence, and that we are lucky to experience the here and now in this strange, random reality we live in.

Dingendoendan presents (at ACU):

RETREAT TOUR 2026: Maryscoovy + the Velcro + Honey Blonde

Maryscoovy (Friesland) MARYSCOOVY

From a small, filthy kitchen in a tiny Frisian village, some drunk-ass rats are cooking you up a crunchy, fuzzed-out garage-psych-punk sandwich with a special homemade sauce.

The Velcro (The Hague) .band

Emerging from The Hague’s underground, THE VELCRO fuses surf, punk and psychedelic fuzz into an explosive, high-energy sound. Known for their rawn live shows packed with sweat, mosh pits and chaos, the band is rapidly making a name for itself.

Honey Blonde (Utrecht)

Honey Blonde is a pink-punk band from Utrecht. Inspired by the new wave of the riot grrrl movement, this feminist foursome creates no-nonsense girl punk with a sweet edge. Honey Blonde draws inspiration from commitment issues, annoying men, and hangovers.
