The truffle cocktail — 12 Tides vodka infused in-house, Cointreau, Amaro Montenegro & our baked Over the Moon truffle camembert, whole with pretzels to dip.

To mark the occasion, we’re joining forces for one night as part of Restaurant Month.

The Bar Albert team have been getting creative at the bar with — think a Pani Puri cocktail — building two drinks around the bold, spiced soul of Cassia’s cooking. From the kitchen: new snacks including ghee roast lamb sausage rolls, spiced tuna with pomegranate, and smoked kumara dahi puri and more— a taste of what’s to come in Cassias #’s new space.

Tuesday 11 August. Welcome to the neighbourhood.
