We've had an interesting time over the last 2 years with a full blown economic recession, competitors trying to close us down, stock shortages, learning curves, shock of costs - everything from advertising to postage to insurances and the in-between. We now have a deep appreciation for all the small businesses across New Zealand - it's a hard road for a lot just trying to keep afloat and compete with the 'big' international players. So big ups to everyone on this road!
BUT we have also had a fabulous experience bringing our new teas to our beautiful customers, fabulous feedback and reviews, making new friends, learning, creating, challenging ourselves, and did I say LEARNING? Its been a blast and we've loved (mostly) every minute!
