We are hiring ✨ Fixed-term maternity leave cover!

We are looking for someone to join our team on a fixed-term contract through to 31st of January 2027.

DAYS:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (approx 20-25 hours)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a hands-on cafe role where you will be a key part of the team, helping to keep things running smoothly day to day. You will need to be confident jumping in wherever needed and comfortable working independently at times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing and cooking menu and cabinet items.
- Making coffee and drinks.
- Serving and engaging with customers.
- Cleaning, dishes and general cafe duties.
- Opening and closing tasks.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and consistent.
- Positive and team-oriented.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and take initiative.

Experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything.

This ANZAC Day, we remember and honour those who served and sacrificed for our country ❤

George Cafe will be open this Saturday the 25th of April from 7am - 2pm.

We will have a limited menu available, however, our cabinet will be full of all your favourite options, along with a few new items.

No surcharge for the day, just good food, good coffee and a place to come together.
