RO: Unul dintre motivele pentru care abia am așteptat să ne mutăm în noul spațiu a fost ca să avem loc să ne adunăm prietenii laolaltă și să vă avem la masă împreună cu ei.

Pe 25, 26 și 27 iunie facem exact asta, într-un eveniment organizat împreună cu cei de la Carastelec Sparkling Winery. Alături de noi va fi și un invitat foarte drag nouă, pe care abia așteptăm să vi-l prezentăm.

Vineri, la ora 12:00, revenim cu detaliile complete.

EN: One of the things we were most excited about before moving into our new space was finally having enough room to gather our friends and welcome you alongside them.

On June 25, 26 & 27, we’re hosting a special event together with our friends from Carastelec Sparkling Winery. Joining us for the occasion is a special guest, who will be behind a menu created exclusively for these three evenings.

We’ll reveal our secret guest, the menu & open reservations on Friday at 12 PM.

One of the questions that kept coming up over the past few months was: “When are you bringing back the salty pancake?”

The answer is: now.

In the meantime, we had plenty of time to play around with the recipe, rethink a few things 🤫

The result is a flaky croissant filled with kimchi and taleggio, finished with avocado cream, panko eggs, fresh greens, laid over silky cream cheese, crunchy cashews and jammy tomatoes.

Rooted in the original, but very much its own thing.
