Now the UFO Dripper V3 is available at our store.
The UFO Dripper V3 is designed as a standalone brewer, while also being fully compatible with the Hario Switch system.
At the center of the V3 is its new 80° interior angle. This geometry is designed to promote steady drawdown, even bed saturation, and a more controlled extraction. The flow remains stable without relying on excessive restriction or complicated mechanics.
The result is a brewer that feels consistent across a wider range of grind sizes and brewing styles. Small adjustments in grind or pouring technique translate more clearly into the cup, making dialing in more predictable and expressive.
The cup profile stays clean and structured while still allowing the coffee’s character to come through naturally.
