First and foremost, I want to give my respect and gratitude to all veterans, active military personnel, and the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Today we honor you. ā¤ļøšŸ¤šŸ’™

Eggroll Nationā€¦ I know itā€™s been awhile, and I truly appreciate everyoneā€™s patience and support during this time. I apologize for being away longer than expected, but Iā€™ve been working hard behind the scenes trying to get everything back on track. The financial setback hit harder than I anticipated, but Iā€™m doing everything I can to rebuild the right way.

The good news isā€¦ weā€™re getting close. šŸ™
If all goes according to plan, VT THAI should be returning either this upcoming weekend or the weekend after.

I miss you all more than you know, and I miss serving the community thatā€™s supported me through everything. Thank you for sticking by me even during this setback. I promise when I come back, Iā€™m coming back stronger, better, and more motivated than ever.

Happy Birthday and Happy Motherā€™s Day Mom ā¤ļø

There isnā€™t a single day that goes by where I donā€™t think about you. I miss you more than anything in this world. Losing you was the greatest pain I have ever felt in my life, and honestly, some days it still doesnā€™t feel real. I would do anything ā€” absolutely anything ā€” just to see you one more time, hear your voice again, hug you, or hear you call my name.

Mom, I wish you were here. There are so many moments I want to share with you, so many conversations I still want to have. The world just hasnā€™t felt the same since you left. A part of my heart left with you that day, and I donā€™t think it will ever fully heal.

Yes Mom, Iā€™m still making eggrolls and doing everything I can to make you proud. I know if you were here, youā€™d be right by my side cheering me on, helping me, and believing in me like you always did. Every order, every long night, every customer that supports me ā€” I carry you with me through all of it. A lot of the strength I have comes from you.

Thank you for every sacrifice you made for me, every lesson you taught me, every hug, every meal, every laugh, and every moment of unconditional love. I hope you knew how much you meant to me and how deeply loved you will always be. No matter how much time passes, I will always be your child, still missing their mom every single day.

I try to stay strong, but the truth is I still need you. I still talk to you in my head. I still hope somehow you can hear me. I hope wherever you are, youā€™re finally at peace, smiling down on us, free from pain and suffering.

Rest easy Mom. Youā€™re pain free now. I love you forever, and Iā€™ll carry you with me for the rest of my life.
