We’re bringing a deli favorite to the menu for this Tuesday's special.

Tomorrow at 11am, we’re putting out an Italian Chopped Sandwich. It’s made with chopped Genoa and capicola salamis, provolone, lettuce, and tomato mixed with a creamy Italian dressing and served on toasted ciabatta. Like always, it comes with GT seasoned fries and our signature GT fry sauce.

Pairs perfectly with a cold pint. Get it before it's gone!

Every summer, when the Flying Bison take the field and Abilene remembers what warm evenings are for, we brew Leadoff Lager. Light, clean, and classic - this is the beer that belongs in your hand when the first pitch crosses the plate.

We keep it simple here on purpose. Crisp and refreshing with a clean malt backbone, rice lager is an honest style for an honest game. No tricks. No frills. Just cold beer, warm nights, and the crack of a bat somewhere in the distance.

We’re bringing a new comfort food favorite to the menu for tomorrow’s special.

This week features a Buffalo Cauliflower Mac & Cheese. We’re tossing rigatoni pasta in our signature beer cheese, then topping it with breaded and fried buffalo cauliflower florets.

It hits the line tomorrow morning at 11am.

One week until our legendary Leadoff Lager is back in the batter’s box. So we’re making it a full nine innings of fun with the Flying Bison! 🍺🦬🪽

Step up to the plate for live music bingo, coloring sheets, special edition glasses, a sweet treat pop-up from and more coming soon. It’s a family friendly affair, so bring the whole roster 🖍️

Here’s the pitch: only 125 glasses are up for grabs this season. Once they’re out, they’re out for good.
(The beer, however, is hanging around all season.)
