We’re putting a twist on a classic deli favorite for tomorrow’s special.

This week features Reuben Loaded Rye Chips. We’re taking house-made, GT spiced fried rye bread and loading it up with Russian dressing, sauerkraut, corned beef, and melted Swiss cheese.

If you're looking for a good lunch option tomorrow, this week's special should cover it.

Starting at 11am tomorrow, we’re serving up a Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese Flatbread. It features crispy flatbread loaded with roasted beets, goat cheese, and arugula, finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Served with a GT side salad.

Don’t worry if you missed our Beach Bash last Saturday! We’ve got the full lineup of beers you missed on tap now, so you can still grab a taste of the weekend.

Noble Pursuit - Czech Lager (5.6%)
This lager features inviting notes of fresh bread and floral aromatics. It finishes exceptionally crisp, making it a perfectly balanced classic.

Summer Radio - American Wheat (4.7%)
Expect a soft mouthfeel with bright pops of orange zest and wildflowers. This wheat ale is designed for easy drinking under the sun.

Mango Radio - Fruited American Wheat (4.7%)
We took our wheat base and added a tropical twist of smooth mango. It brings those beach breezes straight to your glass with every sip.

Surf & Seed (w/ Passion Fruit) - Fruited German Gose (4.5%)
This German-style Gose is bright, juicy, and incredibly refreshing. The addition of passion fruit adds a tart, tropical layer that is perfect for cooling off.
