Bountiful Bread is an artisan bakery first opened in Stuyvesant Plaza in Albany, New York. A second location on 108 State Street in Schenectady opened in June 2021. Bountiful Bread's focus is on producing fresh, handcrafted soups, salads and sandwiches daily. Bountiful Bread presents a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner with friends and family. We also offer catering service in indoor and outdoor space in Schenectady's Mill Artisan District area (Frog Alley Brewing building) or on-location for office lunches, graduation parties, weddings, and other special events.
