Our cornbread tres leches has become one of our favorite desserts to make… so we decided to have a little fun with it.

Introducing our Chef’s Featured Tres Leches: a rotating dessert feature where we’ll be serving up limited-time flavors inspired by the seasons and whatever we’re excited to create next.

We’re kicking things off with…

🍓 Strawberries & Cream Tres Leches 🍓

Our signature cornbread cake soaked in a strawberry milk tres leches, served over house-made strawberry coulis and finished with vanilla whipped cream, candied macadamia nuts, and fresh mint.

🚨 Introducing The Crossroads Burger 🚨

Our 2026 Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown entry has officially arrived!

The Crossroads is our celebration of New Mexico’s incredible ranchers, growers, cheesemakers, and artisan producers.

Built on a toasted brioche bun with hand-pattied Native American beef, Tucumcari sharp cheddar, roasted Hatch green chile, fresh arugula tossed with marinated roasted red peppers, housemade pickles, and a charred onion aioli made with NM ChileJang, fermented red chile paste crafted from locally grown New Mexico red chiles.

This burger represents more than just great ingredients. It’s a collaboration between local producers, a tribute to New Mexico’s food community, and our way of showcasing the flavors that make this state so special.
