Hey Hippie fans!!! Wanted to give everyone an update. Here’s the rundown……
We haven’t done any pricing updates in almost a year and a half so we are way overdue. Fortunately, most of the increases are really only a blip in the radar. Something we gotta do to stay ahead of the game.
Most regular bowls, nachos, burritos, and tacos going up .30-.50, and larges all less than .75. A lot of the increase has to do with cost increases of our sauces, especially anything mayo based. Along with this, several ingredients in our garlic sauce (olive oil, almond flour) have jumped quite a bit so we need to pass cost along. Fortunately, proteins, beans, rice, and many other ingredients holding steady so that helps keep these price bumps small instead of $1+
Smoothie cup and lid costs have risen, but we now have two main food suppliers as of this week and it’s allowed us to keep prices the same on these as our fruit costs have gone down enough to keep prices where they are at.
16oz bubble teas go up slightly, and the 20oz ones get an extra 1/2 scoop of bubbles so those get a .50 increase as that wasn’t taken into consideration when we did our last price update.
Burritos and tacos mostly went up between .30-.50. Once again, mostly due to sauce ingredient cost increases.
We like to be fully transparent with our price updates and go the extra mile so you can see it on here as opposed to asking our crew. Makes it easier on everyone that way.
Aside from the pricing changes, we will have some exciting news coming soon!!! We are having our first new merch run in like 5+ years and have a ton of new designs and offerings. We’ve also partnered up with Omega Electric and now have our own merch store thru our website. More news on that to come once our first order comes in.
