From the Founder
What's Been on My Mind
Honestly? I've been pedal to the metal. Behind the scenes I've been working tirelessly on strengthening the infrastructure and backbone of the cafe, building the foundation that will position Merchant Coffee for real, sustainable growth.
Between that, raising teens, and juggling my other job, it has been a lot. But here's the truth: it has also been my absolute joy.

I recently came across a concept in mental health called micro-connections. The small, brief, meaningful interactions we have with others throughout our day that quietly fuel our joy and sense of belonging.
A smile from your barista. A nod from a regular. A conversation that lasts three minutes but stays with you all day.
That is exactly what a third space like Merchant Coffee is here to provide.
Not just coffee but connection, presence, and genuine human warmth. I am so proud that this cafe gets to be that for our community, and I am committed to protecting and growing that.

Yooo. I'm on TV. Season 22 of The Blox is here and I am honored to be a part of it. I know it seems like forever ago I flew off to Tulsa OK for a week long intensive boot camp, well it was a year ago now! haha
The Blox is an entrepreneurial competition series where real business owners go head to head for investment and opportunity. A Belated Celebration
For All the Mamas, Late but Loud 🌸
I have to be honest... Mother's Day came and went and I didn't offer our community any specials. That's on me, and moms deserve better than that.
So this is my belated bouquet. My late love note. My "better late than never" for every mama, bonus mama, dog mama, and woman who shows up and pours herself out for others every single day.
You deserve to be celebrated — and a treat too. So here it is:
