Well... the potato lady has officially been taken out by a tooth. 🥔🦷

I'm dealing with some pretty brutal tooth pain while I wait to have it pulled, so Spud Happens will be closing early today.

Instead of letting our extra baked potatoes go to waste, we'll be loading them up and handing them out to people in the community who could use a good meal.

Thanks for understanding and for always showing us so much love. Hopefully I'll be back to eating potatoes instead of just selling them very soon.

But after seeing the reaction, we figured... why stop now?

Today we're celebrating the dads who taught us how to change a tire, fire up a grill 🔥, tell the world's worst jokes, and somehow fix things with zip ties, duct tape, and pure determination. 💪

To the fathers, grandfathers, stepdads, bonus dads, and father figures who show up day after day without asking for recognition—thank you. You're the steady hands, the quiet strength, and the reason so many of us know what hard work looks like. 🙌

We're grateful for all the dads who help keep our community strong, and we hope you get a day filled with family, laughter, and a loaded potato or two.

⏰ Reminder: We'll be closing a little early today at 7:00 PM so our Spud Crew can spend time with their own families.

Thankful Thursday with My Favorite People ❤️🥔

Running a small business means a lot of long days, late nights, and missed moments. Today I'm feeling especially grateful. 🥰

For the first time in a long time, I have an amazing crew of Spud-Tenders and Spud-Slingers holding down the fort, giving me the opportunity to spend some much-needed time with family. Moments like these remind me why all the hard work is worth it. 🥔

If you're out and about today, swing by Spud Happens and show some love to our newest crew members. They're working hard, learning fast, and doing their best to make every guest feel right at home.

Our little potato patch wouldn't be possible without this community, and we're thankful for every one of you.
