We are incredibly grateful for the amazing support and we cannot believe that we sold out of everything at the food truck on our first day!

However, because of that (and because we need some time to prep more of your favorites!), we will be closed tomorrow. It is so difficult making these kinds of decisions, but we want to make sure we’re fully stocked and ready to serve you the quality food you deserve!

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We are so sorry for the people planning on stopping by today, but we can’t wait to be back next week with a fresh batch of deliciousness! 🍱🐡

We're so excited to be launching this menu as it is something that is different from Nakashima of Japan and is EXCLUSIVE to The Hangry Blowfish Food Truck!

This menu was built on tradition, family, and unforgettable flavors, as every item was carefully chosen to reflect the dishes we grew up loving—from family trips to Japan to the authentic meals our dad prepared at home. We stayed true to those flavors while adding a fresh, modern twist—creating food that's both nostalgic and uniquely our own.
