Cooler temps mean cozier dishes.

Today our Chef's Gemüse is a squash stew featuring Stella Blue pumpkin from Troon Vineyards. It also has coconut milk, carrots, oyster mushrooms, potato, beets, and fennel. Topped with micro greens, ginger snaps, and balsamic pearls.
