Located in the heart of the finger lakes region in Cayuga county (Auburn NY), The Refinery Restaurant creates dishes inspired by the region with some delicious flare. At the Refinery, you’ll find fresh, locally sourced produce and meats that are transformed into refined, modern fare. Our drink menu includes carefully crafted cocktails, locally sourced wine and craft beer, as well as a selection of

classics. All of our menu items have been inspired by this idea of using classic ingredients and recipes with a twist to make them unique and unlike anything you may have had before. When you enter the Refinery, you’ll find a unique atmosphere filled with both raw and refined treatments, which are a nod to our namesake.

Yesterday was the last day of "Refinery Modern Fare"
Construction has officially begun!

This isn’t just a renovation it’s the start of a brand-new chapter for us. From refreshed spaces to exciting new experiences, we’re building something special for our guests and our community.

While one era comes to an end, a new beginning is taking shape right before our eyes and we can’t wait to share it with you. 🖤
