We had a lovely day serving our donors, friends and family today! It was a good practice run for our staff and the turn out was great.

The plan is to soft open this week, so bear with us as we adjust to the day to day operations, observe supply quantities and begin to hire and train more staff. We want this business to be a gift to your community and we look forward to inviting new faces to the team.

As some of you have heard, March 21st, the date of our first re-opening day was the original Feast Day of St. Benedict of Nursia, the day of his death. There been many grace filled connections to this day and this business and with some special people in our community. We would love to share some of those stories with you one day!

But for now, we wanted to inform y'all that our intention with the GoFund Me page was always to try to "pay it forward" when the time was right. It seems that God is calling us to do that right now! We feel especially called to donate a portion of our profits, at the end of this month to a charity specifically for those with Downs Syndrome. This will be in honor of one of our amazing donors. Our opening day also happened to coinside with National Down Syndrome Day!

Hello all!
We need your help!

We have been given the opportunity to relaunch our coffee truck at the University Catholic Center at the University of Texas in Austin—a place where faith, fellowship, and service are lived out daily. This opportunity feels like a true answer to prayer and a chance to begin again with humility, renewed hope, and trust in God’s timing.

We won't be able to start without some initial financial support. This will likely be our last chance to start the coffee truck up again! Please share with friends and discern if you'd like to donate!

Hi all, we have decided to close down the shop in Oak Hill, we are so grateful for your support, unfortunately we have been unable to build up enough consistency to pursue the plans for the drive thru we hoped to start construction on this past week.
Overall it was a joy to experience the wonderful community in the Oak Hill area and the lovely people at Stony's and Amici will remain a light in St. Benedict Coffee Co's journey.
We are reminded that "success" is not rooted in the worldly, but found in the places where God teaches us and grows us.
We have learned a lot on this journey and we are still up and running in East Austin with the coffee truck. Just keep swimming y'all and as always, Ora et Labora!
