An Evening of Floral Arranging & Mingling

5:00–7:00 PM

Join Sassafrass & Eden Street Flowers for an evening celebrating the beauty of flowers, food, and early summer abundance beneath the rare Blue Moon. Dress up, sip a botanical speciality, and gather among seasonal blooms for a cocktail-party-floral experience.

Throughout the parlor, buckets of fresh flowers will invite you to wander, mingle, and gather stems as inspiration strikes. Create your own hand-tied bouquet my while enjoying botanical beverage, and snacking.

Your ticket includes:
- A seasonal bouquet
- One cocktail or mocktail
- Grazing table snacks

Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Bouquet making will begin around 5:30 PM, allowing time to settle in, connect, and take in the flowers before creating something uniquely your own. Floral guidance, wrapping materials, and bouquet support will be available throughout the evening.

Come celebrate the turning of the season with flowers in hand, a drink on the table, and beauty all around. 🌙

We’re back this weekend! Thank you all for your patience over the past month—we’re excited to reopen Sunday through Tuesday (the 3rd–5th) from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

We’ll be adding more days and extended hours as we train new staff throughout the month—stay tuned!

Update ✨

The past few weeks have brought some major leaps—both for Sass and in our personal lives—and we’ve realized we need just a few more days. With that, our daytime café hours will remain on pause for now.

But… Parlor Nights are back starting this Friday (the 17th)! 🕯️
We’ll have delicious food, cozy vibes, and some incredible artists joining us.

Join us for an early spring gathering beneath April’s Pink Moon. Though the season hints at renewal—here in Maine the land reminds us that spring arrives slowly, on its own time.

This supper explores the feeling of false spring: that restless moment between winter and true thaw. Inspired by seasonal traditions of renewal—Ostara, Easter, and the return of light—our menu reflects both heritage and place.

Expect dishes that celebrate early greens, preserved flavors from winter, warm oozy cheese and the first signs of life stirring in the soil.

Together we’ll share a thoughtful evening of food, reflection, and seasonal transition, honoring the rhythms of the land we gather on—even when spring is still finding its way.
