This drink has become our team’s cozy fall ritual, bringing together the comfort of our Pumpkin Chai Concentrate and the bold richness of espresso. It’s creamy, spiced, and grounding - like a walk through crisp morning air with your favorite scarf. Our Pumpkin Chai is available on our website for wholesale consumers and available to try at Market of Choice cafe, Backporch, Redpoint Climbing, TEAL, Redemption Coffee, and Riverwoods Coffee for our Bend folks.

Ingredients
1 oz Pumpkin Chai concentrate
7 oz milk of choice
2 shots (oz) of espresso

Instructions
Add the Pumpkin Chai concentrate and espresso shots into your cup.
Steam milk until hot and frothy. Pour the steamed milk over the chai and espresso mixture, holding back the foam.
Spoon the foam on top and finish with a dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Community is everything. 🤎 We had the best time this past weekend at the Sisters Harvest Faire connecting with old friends, meeting new faces, and hanging out with talented local creators.
We also experienced some incredible local kindness! A special shoutout to Josh from The Slow Down State. He is such a thoughtful business owner—he kept us fully caffeinated and even shared his power source so we could heat up our Chai urns. 🍂🔌
Next time you’re passing through Sisters, Oregon, make sure to stop by and support his shop! They whip up their own dairy-free cashew-almond milk in-house, and we love their sustainable setup: to-go drinks are served in returnable glass jars! 🌾✨
