"Le'" meaning "the" in French and "Mu" meaning "Pig" in Laotion reflect Chef Sav's classical training via the Culinary Institute of Virginia and his heritage as a Lao-American. "Mu" is the family nickname Sav was given since childhood; a term of endearment, he was called "mu noi" meaning little pig. Sav no longer dons the "noi" (little) part, but has since, handed down the loving surname to his daughter...making the "mu" in our name that much more special

Seeking a full-time dish washer. We are looking for a long-term, year-round hire; someone interested in helping us build a quality space and contribute to a healthy work environment with room to grow and carve out your own particular niche. Over the past 4+ years, we have only had a handful of dishwashers because this is not just a position in our restaurant, but a valued team member with space to contribute and be a part of the overall vision. Pay starts at $18 per hour, but once you have mastered the skills required for this space, there is room for raise(s).
