Happy Tuesday! Happy November! And happy Election Day! It’s a great day to be alive today so make it a great one! We’re here to help with some new flavors and a lot to look forward to!
NEW SPECIALTY CINNAMON ROLL FLAVOR OF THE MONTH:
November has ALWAYS had a special cinnamon roll flavor since I started making these rolls almost 15 years ago. It has always been and forever will be Caramel Pecan Roll month! Our super soft brioche rolls are baked on a generous helping or caramel and pecans and then flipped after baking. They are gooey and decadent and perfect for this time of year.
NEW CUPCAKE FLAVORS FOR THIS WEEK:
🥓🍁Maple Bacon-Maple cupcake topped with cream cheese buttercream and brown sugar maple candied bacon pieces
🥧Pecan Pie-Cinnamon Pecan cake topped with vanilla buttercream and a nice amount of mock pecan pie filling.

This is the LAST WEEK of our Big Spring Sandwich BSHS Football Boosters fundraiser! $1 for every Big Spring sandwich is going to the boosters so come in for lunch and help us finish strong!🙌

Thursday is Pie Day and this week is Coconut Cream Pie and Pumpkin Fluff pie…both of which will be on our SPECIAL Thanksgiving Pre-order Menu that will be available TOMORROW!!!

Several of you have sent me the cake canvas reel…and I took the hint. It’s high time we start up our cake classes again! So let’s kick it off right!
All information, including cost, are on our website. Registration can be done in person at the bakery as well but PLEASE read all the details on the website first. 🙌
This class is:
-For beginners
-Ages 10+
-Limited Seats available!
We will have another class like this in December AND a Cake Decorating 101 Class! We are also planning a “Grown up and me” cupcake class too.🥳

Happy day after Halloween! How many of you watched Christmas movies today?🙋‍♀️
As we get closer to the next holidays, I wanted to mention a few things about cake and custom orders.
- All orders require 48 hours notice and accepting orders is based on availability
- We do get booked up, sometimes several weeks in advance so it’s never too early to save a date for your cake/dessert needs. It never hurts to ask though…we will always fit you on our schedule if we can.
- We do accept AI inspiration photos for your cakes but we will be sure to point out anything that isn’t “humanly possible”. A responsible cake decorator will always be honest about limitations and expectations 🙌
- Our prices are reasonable but not for everyone. We try our best to shop responsibly and work efficiently to keep costs down, passing the savings on to you. If our quote is out of your budget we won’t be offended or judgemental. 🥰
- We offer several size and flavor options and have done everything from cupcake cakes to life size sculpted cakes. With over 15 years experience, we enjoy a challenge and are ready to create your custom, personalized design.

Happy Halloween! Sweet Katees is open for our regular hours today (9am-2pm) BUT we have fun Halloween music playing and huge bowls of candy ready for ANY friends who trick or treat here! We have some of the usual like:
-Breakfast sandwiches ALL DAY!
-Lunch menu including Adan’s PBLAST Panini from 11am-2pm
-All our usual treats and snacks including cookies, cupcakes, brownies, cinnamon rolls, Meltzzies and CinnaDogs

Hey! Did you know you can now add Avocado and/bacon to ANY Sweet Katees Panini sandwich??!! In fact, you can customize ALL of our sandwiches in so many ways. Love the idea of a grilled ham and cheese with soup? Just order the Big Cheese and add ham. Love the Tuscan Turkey but aren’t a fan of mayo? Get it without the pesto mayo and ask for pesto on the side. See! So many ways to put a new twist on lunch. You can always call in your order to have ready when you get your lunch break or order on DoorDash, but we have a great dining room space so you can kick back for a spell. Our Series 3 Cakepop Mystery Dumplings have hit the counter at Sweet Katees! This time…they aren’t dumplings at all! Boo the Ghost cake pop has a magical bow that can transform ordinary objects into TREATS! Read her story about how she saved Halloween inside your box! Each box comes with a Red Velvet ghost cake pop, chocolate covered rice crispy treat, chocolate covered pretzel rod and some bonus chocolate Halloween shapes (bats, spider webs, etc). What color bow will YOUR Boo have? What items did she turn into chocolate in your box? That’s the mystery! 🥳

Woo-hoo! We’re getting so close to the BIG SHOW! Halloween is almost here and we’re dropping special treats leading up to Saturday.
TODAY we’ve got the cutest little frosted sugar cookie BOO Boxes! There’s a ghost ready to celebrate with a bow in her “hair” or a bow tie, a candy corn that actually tastes good and heart with BOO on it! Three thick, soft and so delicious cookies for $12/box. Perfect for your teen who’s “too grown up to dress up”, your co-workers, kiddos teacher as incentive to make it all the way to Christmas break…or your Boo!
TODAY is also Millionaire Pie day! We’ve got a ton of whole pies and several slices too. Talk about the perfect addition to your Halloween festivities!
