Whew! What a storm that was! If this weather doesn’t have you craving something yummy…then just come on in and SMELL what we’re baking! Batches of cinnamon rolls and cupcakes are rotating through today. You can sit in our large, comfortable dining room while you enjoy a peach cobbler cinnamon roll and the fantastic aroma. Better yet, grab some goodies to share with a friend, coworker or family. 🥳
Can’t make it here in person? We have our huge, fluffy cinnamon rolls and all our other goodies on DoorDash! Stay dry and get it delivered!🙌

Helllloooo Tuesday! Whew! I’ve been trying to make our flavor post all day but y’all got me running!! Now that I’ve gotten a moment, I can tell you all about our Specialty Cupcake flavors for the week, our Cinnamon Roll flavor of the month and allllll the other fun stuff to look forward to!
Cinnamon Roll Flavor of the Month:
🍑Peach Cobbler! Our Jumbo Cinnamon Roll is topped with a cinnamon peach pie filling and a cinnamon oatmeal streusel topping. The last time we did this flavor was June last year but this time we’ve elevated the ingredients and made it even better!
PS…you can STILL always DIY your cinnamon roll with toppings to make it whatever flavor you want🙌
Cupcake Flavors of the Week:
🍫🔥S’mores! Chocolate cake topped with chocolate buttercream with a border of graham cracker, toasted marshmallows and a couple Hershey chocolate squares.
🧁Italian Cream Cake! This classic is a favorite around here. Vanilla cake with pecans and coconut baked in, topped with cream cheese buttercream and toasted pecan and coconut.
Next week is the ONE YEAR anniversary of our bakery in Big Spring! We are planning a big celebration with lots of returning favorites all week long. Watch for posts and your special invitation!

Well….school is out for the summer and it’s all rainy and gloomy today (and I’m over it!) so we have a little something summery and a little something warm and homey…because if Texas weather can be pi-polar, so can our Sweet Katees treats! 🥴
Specialty Cupcake Flavors of the Week:
🧨Bomb Pop! All the flavors of the perfect popsicle treat! Blue raspberry cake topped with lime buttercream and cherry candy dust
🥤Root Beer Float- Root Beer cupcake topped with vanilla buttercream and a soda gummy candy
And for the warm/homey vibes:
Boyfriend Cookies-If you have one, he’ll love it! If you don’t, this cookie will get you one! Cinnamon Oatmeal cookie loaded with peanut butter chips, chocolate rainbow candies, chopped pretzels and mini marshmallows.

This weekend we remember those who’ve paid the ultimate price for freedom. As you gather with family or friends, please take a moment to reflect on the magnitude of what that really means. If you are attending a cook out or just relaxing at home, Sweet Katees has the perfect “finishing touch”! We have the cutest chocolate chip/m&m cookie cakes with all the patriotic flare. They can easily be cut into 6-8 pieces for easy sharing. We do also have our standard line up of cookies, cupcakes, brownies, ice cream and even a few coconut cream pies too!

Hey hey! It’s a new week at Sweet Katees and that means 2 new cupcake flavors…and this week I have some a LOT of you have been asking for!🙌
Specialty Cupcake Flavors of the Week:
🍫German Chocolate-Chocolate cake filled with caramel pecan frosting, topped with chocolate buttercream and a toasted coconut and pecan border
Lemon Cream-Lemon cake filled with lemon curd topped with cream cheese buttercream
While we are completely overrun with specialty cake orders for this week (this MONTH actually), we will do our best to have extra specials in the grab and go cooler this week…like heart cookie cakes, coconut cream pie, fluff cups and packs of cupcakes…just in case you forgot some goodies for a graduation or birthday celebration.
We also still have some of our DIVINE Cinnamon Pistachio cookie and our silky Pistachio Mousse left so grab yours while you can! If you haven’t tried the Key Lime Cheesecake yet…RUN! It’s almost all gone!

Congratulations to all the Graduates today! I hope your celebrations are just as magical as the ceremonies. We can’t wait to see what the future holds!
The future at Sweet Katees is extra bright today because we’ve got 2 treats with new flavors and 1 entirely NEW item!!
NEW TODAY AT SWEET KATEES:
🍋‍🟩Key Lime Cheesecake Bar-this treat is full of flavor! The base is our sugar cookie that has a generous portion of key lime cheesecake (yes…baked, creamy cheesecake!) with a rosette of vanilla buttercream to cut the tart a little. 🫣 Wow is this one amazing!
🍪Cinnamon Pistachio Cookie-I happened upon some really yummy cinnamon pistachios and just knew they would be great in a cookie. We make a cinnamon infused, pistachio flavored cookie and loaded with these chopped cinnamon pistachios…then coated it in cinnamon sugar. It’s like spice cake meets snickerdoodle and then the yummy pistachio. It’s divine!
Pistachio Cheesecake Mousse-We took our beloved cheesecake mouse and swirled in a generous amount of pistachio cream, then topped it with whole pistachios! It’s iconic, smooth and so yummy!
This is also you LAST CHANCE to indulge in our Butterbeer Butterscotch cookies…they are almost all gone and when they are, that’s it! Grab some while you can!
Don’t forget! You’ve only got a couple more days to try our specialty cupcakes of the week too! Banana Pudding and Orange Creamsicle end at close tomorrow 😢

I cannot believe I’m saying this but we STILL have a few Millionaire Pies left! If you haven’t grabbed yours this week, now is the time!
TOMORROW we will have a NEW cookie flavor that is out of this world! I also whipped up some key lime cheesecake bars that will debut tomorrow too. We are getting close to the end of the week so if you haven’t tried our Banana Pudding or Orange Creamsicle cupcakes you’re going to miss out! Come get you some!
