Our friend "Tom" called me this morning said he accidentally swallowed some invisible ink. He went to the ER.. been there 3 hours and he's still waiting to be seen. Let's hope he gets this figured out by lunch time cuz the P-Pod is serving up the Blue Earth Locker's awesome beef brisket & our amazing Reubens. Hope to see you all & "Tom" today

So 11 years ago Phyl asked me "if I buy a food truck will you come work with me?" I said " why would you buy a food truck?" And she said "cuz I don't have one" and I said yes so she did & tadaaa ...the P-Pod. Pork commercial bowls top the menu today. Stop by for some delicious & a bit nutritious food. Beautiful day for a picnic!!!

Fun Fact Friday at the P-Pod
Memorial Day was established a national public holiday in 1868. Known at first as Decoration Day it was changed officially to Memorial Day in1967.
We are grilling regular & reuben brats today plus frying up some shrimp. Don't let the rain stop you from having a great lunch.

So my sister Pam told me if I rubbed ketchup on my eyes it would help me see close up better. So I did..it didn't. But now my heinz-sight is 20/20.
Stop by the P-Pod for a tasty Reuben or a yummy pulled pork sandwich today & "see" what all the talk is about. You know great food great service al that stuff. Let's do lunch

So driving to work yesterday there was a turkey standing on the side of the road between Guckeen and Frank's Corner. Weird I thought. But when he was standing there today in the same spot I had to stop. I said "why are you standing on the side of the road?" He said " because if I stand in the middle of the road I'd probably get hit" Smart huh!?! Well it's a good thing they ain't all that smart or we wouldn't get to have turkey commercial bowls today at the P-Pod. Swing by & warm up with some awesome food. We'll be waiting

So I lost my job as a bank teller on my first day. A lady asked me to check her balance so I gave her a little push..she fell down..I said it's not great...she complained to the boss..fired. But you know what I am good at? Cooking awesome food for you. Just ask me I'll tell you. How about a nacho supreme today? Or maybe a taco wrap or taco in a bag or anything else on our huge menu?
Promise I won't push you. There's a reason I'm in the back of the P-Pod 😆🍪

Did you know that woodpecker's tongue is as big as it's entire head? It keeps it wrapped around it's brain to protect it from the impact of all that pecking. Well now you do
