FOUR CHEESE TORTELLONI FOR THE WIN!!

Little pockets stuffed with four delicious cheeses, finished in Chef Tony’s famous homemade pesto sauce and topped with a fresh split ball of creamy burrata! I mean, just LOOK at this dish!! I haven’t even tried it yet, but you better believe it’s on my list! If you know, you know!

And today, we’re talking BEEF SHORT RIBS!!

Slowly braised in their own natural juices with onions, carrots, and celery until they’re fall-apart tender! Served over a bed of creamy saffron risotto with a side of asparagus!

This dish that will warm you from the inside out! If you haven’t tried Chef Tony’s short ribs yet, put them on your MUST-TRY list! You can thank me later!!

It’s a SHRIMP SCAMPI kinda day, my peeps!!

Lots and lots of garlic (because is there really such a thing as too much garlic?) sautéed in EVOO, tossed with shrimp and our homemade linguine, made to order!

Simple ingredients, done the RIGHT way!! Chef Tony makes one KILLER scampi sauce!! If you know, you know! And if you don’t, well, what are you waiting for?!

Now THIS is what I call a table full of happiness!! A little bit of this, a little bit of that, and not a bad choice in sight!!

From homemade pasta to chicken, veal, a beautiful steak, Chef Tony’s famous potato croquettes, and everything in between!!

Decisions, decisions!! The hardest part of dining at Rino’s isn’t getting here… it’s deciding what to order!! And judging by this table, they weren’t taking any chances!! IYKYK!!

And here’s a little advice from me… come hungry, bring your appetite, and don’t be afraid to order a little extra! There’s no shame in taking home leftovers!!

Crispy guanciale, Parmigiano Reggiano, salt and pepper to taste, all tossed together with egg yolks to create that silky, creamy goodness! Done the RIGHT way, of course!

Thirsty Thursday, my peeps! Let’s do this!

Today we’re talking about one of my all-time favorites! And trust me, I have plenty!

CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA!

Saltimbocca literally means “jump in your mouth” and let me tell you, this dish lives up to its name!

Your choice of chicken or veal, sautéed in a lemon white w**e sauce with mushrooms, topped with prosciutto di Parma and mozzarella cheese, then baked! Served with your choice of ziti or linguini!

This is one dish I recommend ALL the time! One of my personal favorites, and if you know me, you know I don’t steer you wrong when it comes to food!

Just look at that melted mozzarella! I mean, COME ON!
